At Shuffled Local Game Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
